We recently received a treasure trove of marketing data from Odile Streed, Professor of Business at Concordia College in Moorhead.
She spent the past several months completing market analysis as well as meeting with focus groups to help understand our core audience, as well as identify opportunities we have to connect with a larger audience base.
One of the learnings that reinforced something we’d always suspected . . . . people would like to have some refreshments during the intermission.
So . . . today I connected with Dining Services at NDSU to inquire as to options for making this happen.
Ideally, we will have refreshments ready for pre-order and payment when you arrive, that will be ready for pick-up at intermission so you can enjoy while discussing with your friends the fabulous first act you’ve just experienced.
